See you in Ronneby!

Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica Norberg is a Yogiraj, nomad, and best-selling author with over 15 books to her name, most of which have been published in other countries. Her latest book, NyfikenVäck ditt inre geni (Awaken Your Inner Genius), is included in your retreat package.

She is a frequently hired inspirational speaker, hiking guide, and renowned yoga, breathing, and meditation teacher. Ulrica was one of the teachers who introduced yoga and made it popular in Scandinavia, and she wrote the first Swedish book on yoga, Poweryoga (Forma Publishing).

In 2015, Ulrica was initiated into the prestigious title of Yogiraj (meaning yoga master) by Kavi Yogi Alan Finger for her mastery of yogic methods and her long, winding journey to achieve inner harmony. Only nine Westerners have been honored with this title before her. And she is the first Swede.

In 2018, she received the prestigious Yogi of the Year award at the Yoga Gala for her passionate work to promote diversity and depth in Swedish public health and the world of yoga.

Ulrica has made exploration and knowledge her profession and has devoted many years of her life to studying, traveling, and exploring. She is a bridge builder between fields of research and people, moving freely between the different worlds of science and spirituality, training and health, art, creativity, and philosophy.

For Ulrica, it's about presence and cultivated curiosity, constantly being in touch with development and movement as much as pausing to feel what is, what works, and what is not in flow with life.

Yoga and all its techniques have fascinated Ulrica for almost 30 years. Yoga is a way to discover, experience, and train freedom as a force where challenges can be transformed into fascination, potential, and new energy. JOY!

Chungmei Lee

Chungmei Lee is one of Sweden's most popular yoga instructors. Born in Taiwan, raised in the US, and living in Sweden since 2008. Chungmei is a trained researcher who studied in the US, where she discovered yoga during her studies. She has been practicing yoga since 2001, and since coming to Sweden, she has worked full-time with yoga and meditation at various studios in Stockholm. Her specialties are hatha yoga, meditation, therapeutic yoga, and philosophy.

For Chungmei, yoga is like coming home to yourself, finding your inner potential through asana, pranayama, and/or meditation. Constantly reminding yourself that we are all part of a greater whole, so that we can live our lives with grace, humility, and respect for each other, nature...all living things.

In recent years, Chungmei has devoted more time to discovering new sides of herself through art, cooking, strength training, and travel.

Chungmei is like one big heart, and you can't help but smile when she shares her wonderful, loving energy. A true ray of sunshine!
