Paul Svensson
Paul Svensson is one of Sweden's leading celebrity chefs. He is a skilled food philosopher and creator with a passion for sustainability at every stage of the food production process. He has published six cookbooks, including Grönsaker A-Ö (Vegetables A-Z), a veritable bible of vegetables with over 500 recipes. Sustainability and locally grown produce are key concepts, as is the importance of reducing food waste. In his latest book, Matkompassen (The Food Compass), Paul and his co-author Zeina Mourtada show how we can make gastronomic food while taking care of our planet. Paul is a frequent guest on TV4 as a TV chef. He runs Paul Taylor Lanthandel and Fotografiska in Stockholm together with passionate colleagues and has been awarded an honorary doctorate from Örebro University.


Cecilia Davidsson
Cecilia Davidsson is a chef and nutritionist who has been running Curlyfood since 2006, offering organic catering, cooking classes, and cleanse programs. Her menus and cookbooks are inspired by the idea that food should be beautiful, taste good, be made from seasonal ingredients, and be beneficial. Her latest cookbook, Yogamat, was published in 2021 and provides insight into the kitchen and how yoga can be practiced in the kitchen through reverence for nature, our earth, animals, and people in the choice of ingredients, cultivation methods, and seasonality. The tart flavor is distinct, as lemon is a favorite flavor enhancer in both juices and zest.


Gustav Otterberg
Renowned star chef Gustav Otterberg has extensive and distinguished experience in the industry. He is the former head chef at Artipelag, built up the Michelin-starred Ekstedt in central Stockholm, and the legendary star restaurant Leijontornet. And now he is head chef at Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden.
His food philosophy is based on closeness to nature and the craftsmanship involved in preserving ingredients. The watchwords are organic and locally produced ingredients based on the current season.


Sigrid Bárány
Sigrid Bárány was our guest chef during our JOY retreat in Ronneby. She is a food inspirer whose mission is to spread the joy of food – both in the kitchen and at the dinner table. Sigrid has a keen interest in the health, social, and cultural values of food. Sigrid has prepared holistic meals for several retreats both in Sweden and internationally.
Sigrid won Sweden's MasterChef in 2012, has published two cookbooks (Spisvärme and Sigrids kök) and was most recently seen on TV in Decenniets Mästerkock 2020. She works on creating recipes, leading cookalongs, lecturing, and inspiring people in other ways to enrich their own lives and those of others through cooking.
Sigrid has been featured on the Matsamtalet podcast for seven seasons alongside Johan Hedberg, Tommy Myllymäki, and Richard Tellström, as well as on the Schysst Mat podcast with Anna Tibblin, Secretary General of We Effect. She enjoys preparing heartwarming, comforting meals for her loved ones.
Consideration, creativity, and joy are Sigrid's guiding principles in the kitchen.
