Hotel Aristide is located in Vaporia, a charming neighborhood with beautiful neoclassical houses.
Just three minutes from the hotel is Asteria, an urban beach offering access to the clearest waters of the Aegean Sea. There are always fish swimming around. A pair of goggles can reveal octopuses and starfish.

Aristide is a small luxury hotel with nine rooms (eighteen beds) focusing on design, art, and sustainability. The hotel has a garden, a rooftop terrace with sea views, an indoor bar, an art gallery, and an artist's studio. All food served focuses on local, seasonal, and organic ingredients, as well as Cycladic recipes. Breakfast is a breakfast menu and is served in the beautiful garden.

The hotel is located in a restored neoclassical building in the historic center of Hermoupolis. The generous spaces and original architectural details make it feel more like a beautiful home than a hotel. The building is one of the last neoclassical houses built in Greece.

The permanent art collection is located in the hotel rooms and public areas and includes originals, including commissioned works by artists such as Christy Lee Rogers, Igor Skaletsky, and Riccardo Vecchio. The dedicated art gallery will host our Yoga retreat.

Aristides has tried to create this beautiful home that offers you, the guest, everything you would expect from a hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is professional but genuinely warm and friendly. The other important aspect is that Aristides wants the hotel to be connected to its location, not just by being in Syros, but by integrating into the local culture and community. Petra Nilsson, RYT 500+, is a passionate yogini, yoga teacher, and founder of MasterYoga. She mainly teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

Her extensive experience in PR and marketing is reflected in her ability to create meaningful and engaging experiences. By combining her skills as a yoga teacher and retreat designer, Petra offers more than just yoga—she offers holistic experience retreats where every detail is carefully considered to create an atmosphere of inspiration and community.
