Petra is a RYT 500+ yoga teacher, founder, and initiator of MasterYogaSweden. She creates retreat concepts from the heart, and her retreats are now appreciated by many. Yoga came into Petra's life in 1999 and has been an important part of her life ever since.

Petra is a certified international yoga teacher, RYT 500+, for both yan and yin styles, but has chosen to deepen her knowledge in Yin Yoga, Restorative, Meditation, and Pranayama/Breathwork. She is also a certified Yin Specialist and Forest Bathing Instructor.

During the days in Lapland, Petra will lead Ice Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork sessions. She has a knack for spreading calm, warmth, and a sense of unity. Petra and Jonas Gejke, founder of Aurora Safari Glamping, work closely together and organize several Yoga & Adventure retreats together.

Maria Söderholm has worked all over the world. Travel and adventure have always been a given for her, and she has a genuine interest in outdoor activities. When she is not leading and guiding groups, she hikes and climbs mountains, cycles, kayaks, skis, and practices Pilates. Since 2007, Los Angeles has been her home, alternating with the small island in the Gulf of Bothnia where she originally comes from.

A mindful sauna experience that takes you through three different stages
Cleansing, Relaxation, and Clarity. Concludes with a dip in the Lule River.

During the Julevädno activity, we will be divided into two groups.
Group 1 – 4:00 p.m.
Group 2 – 5:00 p.m.

You have the option to book additional spa treatments during your stay at Arctic Bath.
