Naturens RUM is a retreat concept created by Petra Nilsson, yoga teacher and forest bathing instructor, in collaboration with Daniella Witte, interior designer, stylist, and photographer.

A clearing opened up in the enchanted forest. Here we encountered a farm in Halland, Rörbäck Forest Retreat, where modern architecture has been tastefully interwoven with the pure energies of the forest and nature. Daniella Witte held a harmonious interior design course this weekend, inspired by nature and the balance of Yin & Yang, combined with sensory experiences developed by Petra Nilsson in the form of Shinrin Yoku/Forest Bathing, Nature Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. On top of this, there was gourmet food, sauna, bathing in the stream, dipping in the pool, and wonderful company.

A wonderful weekend that nourished us in many ways!
