EASTER RETREAT
with Emma Green & Petra Nilsson
Welcome to Master Yoga's Easter retreat at Pater Noster together with former elite athlete and yoga teacher Emma Green and Petra Nilsson,
Master Yoga Sweden.
We discover Pater Noster on the island of Hamneskär in Bohuslän – a historic lighthouse keeper's residence transformed into an internationally award-winning hotel.
Nine beautifully designed rooms invite you to enjoy a unique experience by the sea. With a focus on fresh fish and the island's own harvest of seaweed, the kitchen creates a culinary journey. Seals, saltwater baths, hot tubs, saunas, wonderful yoga sessions, and magnificent views await you at this magical oasis where sunsets and starry nights create a genuine atmosphere – no filters, just 100 percent authenticity.
About Emma Green
For more than 15 years, Emma was among the world's elite high jumpers. During those years, she competed in all the major events—the European Championships, World Championships, and Olympic Games—and won several international medals. Sport has shaped Emma into the person she is today, giving her lessons and experiences she could never have gained in any other way. She has learned to cope with extreme pressure and stress on her body, mind, and soul. This was one of the reasons why YOGA found a place in her life. Initially as a complement to a battered body, now as a large and important part of Emma's life and everyday routine.
About Petra Nilsson

Petra is a certified international yoga teacher, RYT 500+, for both yan and yin styles, but has chosen to deepen her knowledge in Yin Yoga, Restorative, Meditation, and Pranayama/Breathwork. She is also a certified Yin Specialist and Forest Bathing Instructor.
About Pater Noster
PATER NOSTER, this iconic island off Hamneskär, is not just a place—it is a journey through history and nature. With roots dating back to the 17th century, the island has witnessed fishing history and has now been transformed into a modern gem on the West Coast.
Prominent on the island is the majestic Pater Noster lighthouse, which stands proudly above the horizon. With its distinctive design and imposing presence, the lighthouse has been an invaluable guide for sailors for centuries. Its light shines out over the roaring sea and surrounding cliffs.
This historic site has undergone an enchanting transformation into modern accommodation and an exclusive restaurant, preserving both its authentic charm and timeless beauty. Here we do yoga in Sjöboden and meditate in the Pater Noster lighthouse with the most fantastic view.
We explore the winding paths, breathe in the salty sea air, and allow ourselves to be seduced by the magnetic presence of the lighthouse.
Pater Noster invites us to a unique experience where history meets unspoiled nature. Whether you are fascinated by the history of the lighthouse, drawn to the beauty of nature, enjoy wellness, or long for a relaxing retreat by the sea, Pater Noster will make your heart beat a little faster.
Pater Noster has been written about all over the world and won the Tourism Award of the Year in 2022.
At The Luxuri Awards 2024, Pater Noster was named "The Destination Hotel of the Year – Sweden."
